Came in this morning for trailer repairs at the Cowser #2 location and it was a great experience for a change. Mel was not present today and The atmosphere was so much better with Savanna running the front desk. Everything went so much smoother and more efficiently than normal. She kept me informed on repairs and actually knew what was going on, that alone was a breath of fresh air. in and out in a couple of hours versus all day. She actually interacted with the customers. Please management promote Savanna to front desk manager. It would be greatly appreciated by us owner operators and all who need good customer service.

After booking an appointment with them for 2:30 when I show up on time they says we’ll be able to start working on 5:00 main time I told them I have a load with appointment! After one hour drive I left the shop with no fix! Waste my time…

Definitely rude. Nine hundred dollars later, the truck sounds "funny" ( it's having a hard time idling). But the kicker is what I saw. This is what I saw after picking up the truck for a pm: That's crazy.
